1.Shelf Columns: the uprights of light-duty shelving are usually made of the angle bars size 35*35mm or 38*38mm. And the pitch of the angle bars is 38.1mm for the height adjustment of shelves.

2.The rivet shelving has a beam and panels. There are rivets on the beams then the rivets can be embedded in the holes of columns. No need to use bolts and nuts, so the shelving is also called boltless shelving. On the shelves for the shelving, there are MDF boards and steel panels. It can be chosen as you like.

3.The rivet shelving can be packed in cartons per set. It’s convenient for retailers.

Features of boltless rivet shelving:

1. The light-duty shelving is reinforced by welding bars, and the layer loading capacity is large, and the maximum layer load of each layer can reach 300kgs under the relative length.

2. The intermediate shelves are connected with the shelves by rivets, which are simple and convenient and can be adjusted arbitrarily, saving the installation time.

3. The surface of the shelf adopts polishing technology to remove rust and oil. After electrostatic powder spraying treatment, it can be sprayed according to the color specified by the customer. 4. Light shelves are widely used in warehouses, supermarkets, and institutions.
