Product Description
Pallet rack upright protectors, also known as post protectors & column protectors, are protective shields that can be installed around the base of an upright to reduce damage where forklifts might hit the upright.
Especially for installations with fast-moving products or heavy-duty products upright protectors are essential for the safety and durability of the racking. And the plastic protector is cheaper than the metal protector.
The pallet rack upright protector is designed column style which can protect the warehouse storage shelf rack from forklift damage during operating. The special yellow powder coated as the finish treatment can play the awarning role and make the shelf rack safe.
The plastic upright protector comes 100mm high that can simply be clipped to your upright as many as you want. We recommend 3-4 per upright.

1. Plastic upright protector:
Plastic upright protector is put in front of the upright, lock on the upright,

Plastic upright protector is suitable for the upright section: 80mm; 90mm; 100mm; 120mm
2. Steel upright protector:
U type and L type;
standard size: H300mm (other sizes under client request);
material thickness: 3.0mm.
3. Frame barrier:
Steel upright frame protector made by steel round tube 76*3.0mm;
standard height 400mm, length according to racking upright frame depth; (Sizes can be customized)
