1. The quantity of the same type of goods to be stored is large, the storage period is long and the operations of outbound and inbound are not too frequent. We recommended that customers choose a drive in pallet rack system for the storage. That’s the goods stored on the storage rack are provided by the aisle. It’s a typical first-in-last-out type that stacking begins at one end and exits from the other end. The construction cost of this type of storage rack is low. And the design of the forklift operation channel, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the storage rack area. Each storage rack can store a large amount of goods, which greatly improves the space utilization rate of the storage racks.

2. The quantity of goods to be stored is large, and the frequency of entering and leaving the rack warehouse is moderate, but the storage period of the goods is relatively short. So it’s necessary to deal with the goods that have entered the warehouse as soon as possible. Then it’s a wise choice to choose a radio shuttle racking. The radio shuttle racking system is the same as the drive in pallet rack, which combines the storage channel of the goods and the operation channel of the shuttle car into one, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the inner area of the storage rack. The difference from the drive in pallet rack is that the radio shuttle rack can work at both ends of the aisle at the same time, one end is the end of the goods storage, and the other end is the end of the goods out of the warehouse.

3. This type of storage rack is a further improvement on the basis of the drive in pallet rack, two storage positions are designed in the storage depth direction of the storage rack, and the channel is reduced in the same storage area, which maximizes the utilization rate of the storage rack. However, the goods stored on this storage rack are typical first-in last-out type, and customers need to choose according to the type of goods.
