Here will introduce what is Pickling phosphating. Pickling phosphating is a very important step in shelf pretreatment, which has a great influence on the quality and life of the shelf. Pickling and phosphating is a very complicated and labor-intensive processing step. Some large factories are only pickling and phosphating. At present, because of the high cost and the government’s strict environmental management, in fact, many factories have no longer carried out the step of pickling and phosphating. Degreasing
The first step is degreasing, degreasing is done with a high-temperature alkali solution, and the procession includes pre-degreasing and main degreasing, each wash is needed after each degreasing.
De-rusting
The second step is de-rusting. Derusting is soaking with acid ( hydrochloric acid ), that is, to remove rust on the surface of steel workpieces with acid. Generally, a new steel plate can be processed once. If it is produced and placed for a period of time, there will be a lot of rust, which requires multiple de-rusting. After the rust removal is completed, the water is washed.
Surface adjustment
The third step is to adjust the surface, also known as surface adjustment, which is to neutralize the processed parts with weak alkali, because the acid and alkali on the surface of the steel workpiece are harmful to spraying.
Drying
The last step is drying, which is the last step of pickling and phosphating. The steel workpiece after processing and washing is dried by the dryer to remove the water on the surface of the steel workpiece.
The processing time of each of the above steps is 40 minutes, including washing, all steps are not necessarily completed in a day. The input of various chemicals is needed in the treatment process, and the greater input in the subsequent environmental protection treatment input is very huge.
