1. Light duty longspan shelving

The weight of each layer is 100~300KG, but the warehouse longspan shelf is also very strong and not easy to deform. Light duty longspan shelves are suitable for small parts and light storage areas.
2. Medium duty longspan shelving
The medium duty longspan shelving is as easy to install as the light duty shelf. It is a plug-in structure, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient and flexible. The combination is generally to use a single main frame and multiple main frames to add subframes as needed to increase storage space. The partition can also be adjusted according to the needs, because its column adopts the butterfly hole structure, which is locked by the weight of the stored goods, and there is a punch hole every 50mm, which can be adjusted up and down, left and right. The cost of medium duty longspan shelves is also relatively low, and the load-bearing capacity of each layer is 300~500KG, which is suitable for storing large and heavy goods. The structural characteristics of the medium duty longspan shelving make it have the advantages of large bearing capacity, strong level capacity, and strong impact resistance. The medium duty longspan shelving is also the most widely used warehouse shelf among these three types of heavy duty longspan shelves.
3. Heavy duty longspan shelving
The load-bearing capacity of the heavy duty longspan shelving is the largest of the three types of warehouse shelf, generally 500~1000KG. It is suitable for storing multi-variety and small-batch or small-variety and large-volume goods, especially suitable for use in higher warehouses. It is mostly used in manufacturing, distribution centers and other fields. Like other storage shelves, heavy duty longspan shelves are also plug-in combinations, which are more convenient to install and disassemble.
The laminates of heavy duty longspan shelves are generally available in three styles – steel laminates, wood laminates, and wire mesh decking. In general, steel laminates are used, and there are reinforcing ribs under the plate, which are more wear-resistant and more beautiful. There are also some customers who choose wood laminates, which are made of high-density plywood, particleboard and MDF, and can also choose whether the surface is plastic-coated according to their needs. The mesh is mostly used when the stored goods have certain requirements for ventilation.
