Three models of longspan shelving

Longspan shelving is usually manual access to goods, shelf height is usually less than 2.5m, otherwise manually hard to reach.

1. Light-duty longspan shelving

The load capacity of each layer is not more than 200kg, and the total load is generally not more than 2000kg. The unit shelf span is usually not more than 2m, the depth is not more than 0.6m, and the height is generally within 2m. The common angle steel column shelf structure is light and beautiful in appearance, which is mainly suitable for storing light and small items. Less capital investment, widely used in electronics, light industry, culture, and education industries.

2. Medium-duty longspan shelving

The load capacity of each layer is generally between 200 and 800kg, and the total load is generally not more than 5000kg. The unit shelf span is usually no more than 3 meters, the depth is no more than 1 meter, and the height is generally within 3 meters.

3. Heavy-duty longspan shelving

The load capacity of each layer is usually between 500 and 1500kg, the span of unit shelves is generally within 3m, the depth is within 1.2m, and the height is not limited, and they are usually combined with and coexist with heavy-duty pallet racks. The following layers are shelves and manual access operations. The parts above 2m are pallet racks and forklift trucks are used for access operations. It is mainly used for some situations that require both full storage and access and spare storage and spare withdrawal. It is more common in large warehouse supermarkets and logistics centers.
