» Precautions for the use of heavy duty storage shelf racks

Heavy duty storage shelf racks can realize quick access to various pallets, and the unit cargo can be up to 2000KG. It is the most commonly used storage method in various industries. Each pallet can be stored or moved individually without moving other pallets. Heavy duty storage shelf racks can adjust the height of the beam according to the requirements of the size of the goods. The flow of goods is large and the loading and unloading is fast. The supporting equipment is the simplest, the cost is also the lowest, and it can be quickly installed and disassembled.

As a commonly used and practical type of rack in storage racks, heavy duty storage shelf racks should pay attention to what aspects when using them?

1. When using heavy duty storage shelf racks, it is necessary to prevent top-heavy duty goods: the principle of placing light duty goods on the top and heavy duty goods on the bottom should be implemented.

2. Prevent overloading when using heavy duty storage shelf racks: the weight of each layer of goods stored shall not exceed the maximum load of the shelf rack design.

3. When using heavy-duty shelves, it is necessary to prevent ultra-high and ultra-wide: shelf height and layer width have been limited, and the size of pallets and goods should be slightly less than the clear space of 100mm.

4. Anti-collision when using heavy-duty shelves: During the operation of the forklift, it should be handled as gently as possible.

5. When using heavy-duty shelves, when there are goods placed above the shelves, operators should try not to directly enter the bottom of the shelves.

6. When using heavy duty storage shelf racks, it is necessary to prevent the use of non-standard pallets on the racks, and the Chuan bottom is the most suitable.

7. When using heavy duty storage shelf racks, when the height of the goods exceeds eight meters, a special attention is that it needs corresponding loading and unloading machinery. The storage density is lower than other systems due to the large total amount of channel area required.
