Boltless shelving also named rivet rack, boltless means this shelf use no bolt,the connection between beam and upright are without screw, the shelf assembly also does not need screws, and has the advantages of convenient disassembly and assembly, and changeable assembly. The weight capacity of boltless shelving is small, generally smaller than 250kilogrames per layer. According to the different rivets on the beam, boltless shelving can be divided into single-rivet shelf and double-rivet shelf. Double rivet shelf have better weight capacity than single-rivet shelf.
What are the characteristics of rivet shelves?
1 The shelf connection is buckle-type structure, easy to disassemble and assemble; there is no need to install screw on the ground, so if your ground is tile, light duty shelving is the most suitable one. The boltless shelving is widely used at home, like kitchen room, living room, or bedroom. Boltless shelving also being sold to stores, like bag store, shoe store, to carry small weight goods. We just only use plastic baseplate to protect the ground.
2.Upright: Made of equal-edge angle steel with double-side punching holes, the distance between all hole are 50mm. So customers could easily adjust the shelf distance as per their request. The column holes are used for connecting the deckings.
3.Shelf decking: All the decking are bending based on different sizes, so the shelf decking have more options, which could use steel decking, wood decking and laminated decking.
4.All the parts of the shelf are assembled after pickling, phosphating, automatic powder electrostatic spraying, drying and so on. The finished product of the shelf has smooth and beautiful surface, we export a large quantity every year.
