We just got the news from our client that they have installed 30% of the racking. This project is a big project, around 11410 pallet positions, and 16 containers. It was shipped in two partial shipments: 8 containers +8 containers. It takes nearly 2-3 months to arrive at the client’s warehouse. Below are some pictures of those installed racks.
All the racks are customized. We have offered them all the details of the technical information, and all were authorized by the professional consultant team of our client. Under a complicated research on our factory, our quality and our computation by their consultant team with two times’ inspections, their board had agreed to place the order with us on 26th July, 2019.
It’s a standard double deep racking system. Quite typical, but the key point is high frames with heavy loading. So we have to use much superior material and better structure, such as Q345 Frames, row spacer, and 8.8 grade of the anchor bolts.

L2700 clear*D900*H12675*7 layer beams, loading 3000kg/layer, 28 starter bays+408 add-on bays ；
L1400 clear *D900*H12675*7 layer beams, loading 1500kg/layer, 4 add-on bays ；
L2700 clear *D900*H10775*6 layer beams, loading 3000kg/layer, 25 starter bays 423 add-on bays ；
L2700 clear *D900*H10775*5 layer beams, loading 3000kg/layer, 4 starter bays +117 add-on bays.
After they received the racks, we provided a professional installation video to show them how to install the racks, and actually, their team is also professional. Now our customer is always sharing pictures with us because they are satisfied with our racks.
