1. Heavy-duty racks

Heavy-duty racks are also called beam pallet racks, selective pallet racks, and cargo racks. They are widely used cargo storage pallet racks. Cold-rolled plates are rolled and formed, and the columns can be as high as 10 meters. There are no joints in the middle. Heavy-duty racks have high space utilization, flexible access, low cost, and can be quickly installed and disassembled. The surface of the racks is treated with pickling, phosphating electrostatic spraying and other processes, which are anti-corrosion and rust-proof, and have beautiful appearance.

2. Drive-in racks

Drive-in racks are also called drive through racks and corridor racks. This is a whole-building rack without channel division. Pallets are stored one by one on the support rails in the depth direction, which can greatly increase the storage density. Drive-in racks are divided into one-way and two-way arrangements according to the direction of picking. This type of storage rack is usually used in places with high storage space costs such as cold storage.

3. Longspan shelves

Longspan shelves usually use shelves as the support points for the main body and floor panels, and are widely used in manufacturing, corporate warehouses, third-party logistics and other fields. It is mainly assembled from columns, beams and layers, and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The surface of the column adopts a diamond hole design, the pitch is adjustable, and the load of each layer of the shelves can reach 200-1000kg. The layer can be composed of steel layers, wooden layers and steel mesh, etc., which are usually suitable for small batches, multiple varieties, small items and manual storage.

4. Mezzanine floors

Mezzanine floors use heavy-duty racks or longspan shelves as the main support plus floor panels. The material of the floor panels is usually cold-rolled steel floor panels. The characteristics are large load capacity, stable integrity, average load capacity, and smooth appearance. You can also choose to use some auxiliary types to provide options, equipped with lighting tools to make it more convenient and quick to store and retrieve goods.

5. Gravity racks

Gravity racks are also called self-gravity racks and roller racks. They belong to the pallet storage racks in the storage racks. This type of rack is evolved from the pallet racks and is usually used to store a small number of similar goods in large quantities. Compared with general pallet racks, since no operation channels are required, the space utilization rate will increase by about 60%. Pallets have always followed the principle of first-in-first-out. In addition, a certain angle track is installed on each channel of the gravity rack. Pallet goods are moved to the rack by forklifts for storage and transportation.
