On Feb 25th,2025, I met this client James through Alibaba, his company was founded in 1998, is one of the UAE’s premier construction companies, they conceptualize, develop and build some of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious projects, their company need the longspan shelves for their warehouse storage, below is his detailed need:

Requirement of Medium Duty Shelves & Heavy Duty racks

Medium Duty Longspan Shelving

1. 600 mm Depth x 1800 mm Length x 3000 mm Height fitted with 6 pair of beam level including
top & bottom – 15 Units

2. 600 mm Depth x 1500 mm Length x 3000 mm Height fitted with 6 pair of beam level including
top & bottom – 11 Units

3. 600 mm Depth x 1200 mm Length x 3000 mm Height fitted with 6 pair of beam level including
top & bottom – 06 Units

4. 600 mm Depth x 900 mm Length x 3000 mm Height fitted with 6 pair of beam level including top
& bottom – 06 Units

 All level decked with G.I Drop over panel
 Total loading capacity of each level shall be 500kg Uniform Distributed Load

Heavy Duty Racking System

1. 900 mm Depth x 2700 mm Length x 2000 mm Height fitted with 2 pair of beam level including
top & bottom – 268 Units

2. 900 mm Depth x 1800 mm Length x 2000 mm Height fitted with 2 pair of beam level including
top & bottom – 11 Units

 All level decked with G.I Drop over panel
 Total loading capacity of each level shall be
2000 kg. UDL (Uniform Distributed Load)
