Cantilever racks are composed of cantilevers installed on columns. The arms can be fixed or mobile. Because its shape is like a branch, it is also called a branch-shaped shelf, as shown in the picture. This rack is suitable for storing long items such as steel pipes and shaped steels; when round items are to be placed, stoppers are provided at the ends of the arms to prevent them from slipping. Cantilevered heavy-duty racks are suitable for storing long materials, ring-shaped materials, plates, pipes, etc., and are often used in the mechanical processing and building materials supermarket industries.
Cantilever racks have the characteristics of stable structure, good load capacity and high space utilization. The columns of cantilever racks are mostly made of H-shaped steel or cold-rolled steel. The cantilever is made of square tube, cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel. The cantilever and the column are connected by plug-in or bolt. The base and the column are connected by bolt. The base is cold-rolled. Rolled steel or H-shaped steel. Cargo access is performed by forklifts, cranes or manually.
Cantilever racks are divided into single-arm and double-arm, special column profiles, designed with back pull to enhance stability, high-strength cantilever, the maximum load-bearing capacity of each arm can reach more than 2T, and the height can be adjusted up and down in units of 100mm. It is suitable for warehouses with small space and low height. It is easy to manage and wide in scope. It is often used for the storage of long materials, plates, ring materials and irregular goods.
