Cleaning of storage racking:
Regular cleaning of shelves is very important to keep the surface of shelves free of dust to help extend its service life. Be careful not to rinse the warehouse storage rack directly with water as this may lead to oxidization of the surface of the racking, thus shortening their service life.

Protective paint and inspection:
Apply protective paint regularly to minimize rust, and regularly check whether there are loose screws and fix them in time. Meanwhile, keep the warehouse well ventilated and avoid humid environment.

Sun protection and ventilation:
Avoid direct sunlight on the warehouse storage rack, reasonable ventilation, prevent wet items from being placed on the racking, and try to keep them dry.

Weight of goods:
Ensure that the weight of goods placed on the storage racking does not exceed its load-capacity bearing limit. It is recommended to mark the loading-capacity bearing limit on the shelves and follow the principle of bottom-heavy and top-light racking.

Anti-collision measures:
According to different types of storage racking, aisle widths and delivery vehicles, equip appropriate anti-collision posts and guardrails to protect the safety of racking and aisles.
