Our factory is located in Nanjing. It equipped with punching machines, bending machines, cutting machines and welding machines and so on. Today, I will introduce the production process of the storage shelf rack.
The first step is rolling. We also call it molding. Our factory has 17 dexion rolling lines, it is different with others. After the rolling, it is manual correction on upright to adjust the module. After that, the upright will be cut at the needs of customers.
The second step is positioning and punching. We can position and punch the rolled material at a specific position according to the needs, such as the Dexion holes and Teardrop holes of the heavy duty pallet racks.
The third step is bending the steel plate. The main purpose is to fix the steel plate on the beam, and secondly, it can effectively enhance the loading capacity of the plate.
The fourth step is welding and grinding. If the material parts of the shelving are all processed, it is necessary to weld some positions of the storage shelf racks. The automatic welding machine is full-weld, which can not only effectively enhance the beauty of the storage shelves, but also enhance the loading capacity of the heavy duty pallet racks.
After the completion of the overall frame structure, it is the surface treatment. We have two types of treatments to remove grease and rust. One is Acid bath and Water Bath. Other one is blasting with emery to improve the life time. After that, the steps are drying, static coating and constant temperature curing. Our thickness of coating is about 60 micrometers to 80 micrometers. And our curing is environmentally friendly.
After the production of storage shelf rack, it is the packing. We use the bubble box and paper sleeve to pack the beams. After the package, the beams are going to be loaded in the container and be shipped.
